Has it really been almost six months!?

WOW! I hope you have all been doing wonderfully! I check blogger everyday to keep up with posts but I haven't posted anything in a LOOOOOONG time! I always have polished nails but a lot of the time I don't have spare time for nail art :( I need to do better about taking/uploading pictures! Since I have had let time for nails -hangs head- I am going to have......

A HUGE BLOG SALE!

Now I am not sure when I will have everything set up but it will be soon. I have probably two hundred polishes that I am surrendering. A LOT of different brands including OPI, Zoya, Butter London and so on. I also have a lot of inexpensive polishes too that i am just trying to clean out. I am really excited about having a blog sale :) Hopefully I will get it up soon!

Thank you to everyone who has stuck around <3

In hopes of making you not hate me as much.. here's a swatch from a while back! Such a beautiful blue :) Ulta- Denim Glitz

Love this color! :D

Cost is No Issue ;)

Hello ladies! I am SO sorry for the disappearance lately! The girl I work with has been using all her PTO days so I've had to work a lot more than I usually do. Along with the craziness of the holidays quickly approaching, it has consumed all of my time! Today I have Wet N Wild - Cost is No Issue from the Ice Baby collection.

This is two coats. I also added a coat of INM Northern Lights, a coat of Gelous and topped it off with SV of course :) I hope you enjoy! I LOVE this glitter!! :) SO fun and bright!

Icy Nails

Happy Thursday! I have been so swamped with work lately... and I will remain busy until next Wednesday when I start my vacation! This is a pretty simple but very cute mani. Hopefully, the snowflake will encourage the weather to start getting cold ;) I love winter!

What I used:
OPI- Natural Nail base coat
Sally Hansen - White On on the tips
Color Club - Starry Temptress top coat
Sally Hansen Color Quick - Blue Chrome snowflakes stamped with bm14

I like how it turned out :)

Sweet Peacock

Hi ladies! I hope you are all having a lovely weekend so far! Today I have one of my new favorite polishes for you :) This is two coats of Orly - Sweet Peacock topped with Seche Vite. Sweet Peacock is from Orly's fall Birds of a Feather collection. I don't normally go for blue polish because.. I just don't really care for it. But when I saw swatches of this I KNEW I had to have it! I actually got it in a set from Sally's with Fowl Play and Lucky Duck (the other two polishes I wanted!) for ten bucks so I am happy about that! :)

Isn't it beautiful!? I can't stop staring at it!! Sorry for the VERY messy clean-up! I hope you all have a great weekend! Next week will be very exciting. Next week is Share the Love week for a few other bloggers so stayed tuned! :)

Big Smoke

Ughhh it's Monday! I'm ready for this week to be over already LOL! Today I have for you Butter London - Big Smoke. I LOVE this polish. It's a great dark blue. It goes on perfectly and only needed two coats. There's not much else to say other than this really is a fantastic polish!

What do you guys think? Do you have this color and if you do, what do you think about it?

Lady Muck... such an appropriate color choice for this weather!

Hello everyone!! I'm not sure how the weather has been where you live but it's been cool, cloudy and a little rainy here in the Carolinas! I picked up this polish from Butter London when Ulta had the BOGO Free sale. I absolutely love this color! I don't have anything else like it. I've really been into blues lately and this one did not disappoint! This is a pale grayish blue with subtle silver/white micro shimmer. It's simply gorgeous! It will be great for winter, especially with some snowflakes stamped on top! This is two coats of Lady Muck!

Great application! Went on very very smoothly!

After wearing this for three days (which is a long time for me!) and not wanting to take this polish off I added a coat of Wet N Wild - Hallucinate and then a coat of NYC Starry Silver Glitter. It really adds some pizzaz!

Anddddd then after that I decided to stamp over it with an image from BM21 with Konad special white polish.

What do you guys think!? Hope you all enjoyed your weekend. :)

Blackened Bleu

Hello everyone! Today I have Barielle - Blackened Bleu. I LOVE THIS COLOR! I looooove dark colors anyway and I'm not usually very fond of blue but this is awesome. This is three coats and I added a little blue sticker decal for a pop.

This one is blurry but it shows the color really well.

What do you guys think? :)

Mermaid's Lagoon

I stopped by RiteAid yesterday to pick up a few of the new Jesse's Girl polishes by JulieG, I wanted them all but since I have a limited polish budget (lol) I grabbed Mermaid's Lagoon. Definitely the most unique and gorgeous shade out of the set!! It was pretty opaque but I still did two coats. It turned out BEAUTIFULLY! The only down-side to this polish is that it stained my nails and fingers HORRIBLY!!! I used a base coat but it still stained them. I ended up hitting my hand on my desk and ruined the entire mani so I was going to re-do it until I saw my blue nails and fingers!!  I still love this color. It's a beautiful turquoise/teal with a gold or yellow shimmer. <3 ! On to pictures!

It's hard to see the shimmer on my nails but it this second picture you can definitely see it in the bottle!

What do you guys think? Have you picked up any polishes from this collection or do you plan to?

Let me know! I love to read your comments :)

Have a lovely weekend!

Swatches from the giveaway package from You Nailed It!

As you may have read in my last post, I recently won a giveaway hosted by You nailed it! and I received my package in the mail today! So here's a quick post so you can see the swatches! They are all fabulous polishes!!!! :)

China Glaze - Atelier Tulle

Color Club blue polish (not sure of the name... please message me if you have any idea what the name of it is or where the name would be located on the bottle!!)

Orly - Hook Up

Hook up is definitely my favorite! Mostly because yellow is my favorite color :D but all of these polishes applied wonderfully! I seriously cannot get over how much I love these :) They looked great in the pic, but now that they are in my hands they look even better! <3

Rainbow Sprinkles!

Happy Friday ladies! :) This mani totally reminds me of cupcakes or ice cream sprinkles! I got the idea from Jennifer's post last week! Click here to view her post! I realllyyyyy love this!!! This look looks fabulous with any pastel colors :) I will have to try it with like a mint green or something as well! Okay so I started off with one coat of Sally Hansen InstaDri - Blue-Away and then added one-two coats of Wet N Wild - Party of Five Glitters and then added one coat of Pure Ice - Cherish (a very creamy-sheer nude color). I liked the look just like that, but I am such a fan off matte-ifying everything, so I finished by added one coat of e.l.f. matte top coat.

One coat of Blue-Away with one coat of Party of Five Glitters on top

One coat of Cherish added on top

And finally with the matte top coat!

Double Blue with Glitter!

I am loving these tape manicures! First I painted my nails white with Wet N Wild in French White Creme and then added NYC Cashmere Creme. The I taped off the ends and used Sinful Colors Aquamarine and added Kiss silver nail art glitter to make the lines.

I love the color combo!

WnW Swatches

Hello everyone!

Okay so here are the swatches from the Summer Nail Pail I blogged about on Sunday. I was in a hurry because I was running late for a lunch date with my best friend. So these are suuuuuuper sloppy! However, they are all pretty true to color so that's why I am posting them! Enjoy :)

Everybody Loves Redmond - 2 Coats

FuschiaRama - 3 Coats

How I Met Your Magenta - 3 Coats
HORRIBLE application! The formula is waaay too thick and goopy. It was a nightmare using this polish! But I really like the color! :)

Sage in the City - 1 or 2 Coats
Possibly my favorite of this collection!

Saved by the Blue - 2 Coats

Teal or No Teal - 2 Coats

The Wonder Yellows - 2 coats

TGIF, have a great weekend everyone!

Kiss My Art!

Hello ladies :) Okay so I meant to post this earlier, but here was my mani this week! I didn't have my camera at the time so prepare for super crappy phone-cam pictures! ANYWAY, This is SH- Blue Me Away! with FP- Kiss My Art over top :) I absolutely LOVE this combo, but the SH polish stains your nails blue pretty badly!

This is an EXTREMELY sparkly polish and I hate that I couldn't really capture that. In fact, the only reason I am even bothering to post this is because the picture is very true to color :) I will def be doing this mani again soon and I will add better picture!

I hope everyone had a great weekend :)

UPDATE on this past week's haul...

I ended up purchasing three more bottles of polish from Sally's on Sunday. In case you didn't know, they are having a sale on nail polish-buy 2 get 1 free- until April 30 so definitely take advantage of that! Here's what I snatched up :)

From left to right:
*China Glaze - Flip Flop Fantasy (I've had my eye on this for a while now!)
*Finger Paints - Key to My Art
*Finger Paints - Laugh My Art Off

I love all of these SO much! CG is probably my favorite brand of polish & those are my first two bottles of FP and I'm very happy with them. KTMA is absolutely GORGEOUS! I don't have any other golds and this one goes on so smoothly! Love itttttt <3
